Warwick District Council brings to your attention an exciting opportunity to tender for a catering offering from some of the most prestigious buildings and locations in Royal Leamington Spa; The Royal Pump Rooms, Jephson Gardens and Newbold Comyn.
Tenders will be sought from quality companies who aim to deliver contemporary British casual dining, appropriate to the venues e.g. all day ‘brasserie type’ service, or a café style venue together with events catering.
One or more partners are required to take over the catering management and operation at the following facilities from January 2012. The facilities will be divided into two lots:
- The Café / Tea Room and Assembly Rooms in the Royal Pump Rooms and the Restaurant in the Park in Jephson Gardens.
- The Aviary Coffee Shop in Jephson Gardens and the café in Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre.
Caterers are invited to bid for either or both lots. The Council will not further sub-divide lot A. However, the Council is willing to consider offers for part or parts of lot B without proviso.
