Individual banoffee pies and a lemon cheese and blueberry tart have joined the range of desserts from Brakes. The 117g frozen banoffe pie (pictured) takes two to three hours to defrost in a fridge, while the whole tart, precut into 12 portions, takes eight hours. Both products are suitable for vegetarians.
