New owners have taken over the Peacock Inn, a Cotswold stone village pub in the Warwickshire village of Oxhill.
The 17th century property contains a 25 seat bar with an inglenook fireplace, an adjoining 60-seat restaurant, and a four-bedroom owners’ flat on the first floor.
It has both pub and private gardens and provides four picnic sets to the front and another four in the rear grassed beer garden.
The Cirencester office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the freehold to Chris Joel off a guide price of £525,000.
