The Wembley hotel in the heart of the North London district has changed hands for the first time in 28 years.
Occupying a three-storey detached property built in 1900, the hotel offers 28 bedrooms, a 30-seat restaurant and licensed bar, and two staff bedrooms. It also has parking for up to 15 cars to the rear.
New owner, Ruchir Gupta of property investment company Siya Properties, has created 30 more seats for customers outside in a decked area equipped with a state-of-the-art computerised awning.
It is well-located to benefit from the recent redevelopment of the area and the expected reopening of the sports stadium later this year.
The Enfield office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off an asking price of £2m.
