Falcon Infinity fryer

Manually filtering hot oil from fryers is one of most dangerous of kitchen practices and is a major contributor to injuries caused by slips.

New controllers on the Falcon Infinity fryer - which contains an internal filtration system - make the process safer and more reliable.

The system - which eliminates totally the need for buckets, rods, cloths and pipes - works at frying temperatures, so kitchen staff do not have to wait until the end of the day when the oil has cooled in order to remove food debris.

The new G5 Manual Controller offers improved reliability and temperature control and incorporates a dedicated end-stop locator to reduce any risk of operator error.

The upgraded FAST Programmable 10 Button Key Controller has more programme options and better temperature accuracy, allowing operators to make specific settings.
