Sani-Floor self-washing fllor system from Mechline

Sani-FloorSani-Floor is an innovative self-washing floor system from Mechline designed to keep kitchens, potwash areas and bars clean and to reduce slips and trips among staff.

It fits flush with the floor, so spills and food debris fall through non-slip, fibreglass-resin grills into an under-floor stainless-steel basin with a built-in drain.

High-pressure cold-water nozzles set at 20in intervals blast the food waste into a removable filter tray at the bottom of the basin, while a manual override allows spills to be tackled immediately.

The system is modular and so can be installed side-by-side or end-to-end to provide a variety of configurations.

The basin is 8in deep, 30in wide and between 20in and 140in in length while the grates, available in a variety of colours, are 20in x 30in.

Degreasers and deodorisers can be built into the system, including Mechline's own GreasePak.
