A new four-group addition to the digital S5 espresso machine range from Italy's La Spaziale features a new gold livery that is also now available across the group's line-up, which includes one-, two- and three-group appliances.
The newest addition incorporates the group's patented heat-exchange system which uses steam to heat the small individual boiler for each group to ensure the water is at a constant temperature when it reaches the coffee and to reduce the build-up of limescale.
The all-important brew-head temperatures are controlled and indicated by a row of LEDs along the top of the machine.
Features include proportioned dose settings, automatic boiler fill, lever-operated hot water spouts and steam wands, ergonomic filter holders with slip-proof handles, and stainless-steel drip trays.
There is a double pressure gauge to control the pressure of the boilers and rotary pump and an optional electric cup warmer.
