The new Excalibur Island Suites from Montague aim to give customers what they want by incorporating customers' ideas.
Custom-built to individual requirements, the suites make use of the Montague Legend series of heavy-duty equipment, such as convection ovens, broilers, counter-top equipment, refrigerated doors and heated cabinets.
An ingenious concealed flue system means the flue passageway has a flat, machined-steel top surface that keeps platters and saucers warm and is level with the cooking surface to allow items to be passed across the island without obstruction.
There are no vent panels where spills can build up, and the flue products are diverted through the double passageway to the vertical flue risers, which support handy shelving.
The suites have satin-finish stainless-steel fronts and the Legend range appliances come in a range of trims or accents, including brass, copper and high-polish stainless steel.
