Chargrilled vegetable couscousItalian cuisine remains a firm favourite among diners-out, and TSC Foods offers meals of Mediterranean and North African origin.

Its chilled and frozen pastas - sold in 12 x 450g cases - include Pomodoro Penne, Spaghetti Bolognaise and Spaghetti Carbonara.

TSC also supplies a base risotto in frozen packs of 12 x 350g to which ingredients can be added, such as porcini mushrooms, chorizo, crayfish or Parmesan cheese.

The spread of Mediterranean trends into North Africa lies behind dishes from TSC including Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables (supplied in packs of 6 x 1kg) and two hummus options (plain and fire-roasted, both sold in 1kg quantities) that work as a component in the increasingly popular sharing dishes and mezze plates.

This line also includes Chargrilled Vegetable Couscous, which is sold in packs of 20 x 200g as an alternative to rice and pasta. It can be served hot or cold, as an accompaniment, as part of a main meal with grilled meats or fish, or as part of a salad.
