De Cecco pasta and tapas from Brakes

Brakes pappardelle pastaThe De Cecco pasta range is made from durum wheat and kneaded with water from the De Cecco mountain spring.

The variety includes Egg Tagliatelle, made with fresh eggs and pappardelle, in packs of 10 weighing 500g each, and Lumaconi Rigati and Bombardoni Rigati varieties, available in packs of 12 weighing 500g each. Other varieties include Fusilli and Penne, both available in four x 3kg packs.

For chefs who prefer to make their own pasta there's De Cecco Farina Tipo 00 Flour without additives or pesticides in 10-pack cases each weighing 1kg.

Brakes also offers a range of tapas dishes including fresh marinated olives, diced Greek feta cheese and taramosalata supplied in 1kg tubs. A sliced antipasto mono pack with the Italian meats prosciutto crudo, coppa and salami Milano comes in packs of eight weighing 45g each.

Also available are chorizo tapas pieces in packs of 10 weighing 125g each.
