Three new sandwich fillings, which can also be used in salads and as jacket potato toppings, have joined the Brakes Healthier Choices range, including a reduced-fat version of the popular Chicken, Bacon and Sweetcorn Savoury Filling.
Vegetarians are catered for with the Vegetable Savoury filling, which combines chargrilled aubergines, courgettes and peppers in a balsamic vinegar dressing, while fans of ethnic flavours can tuck into the Thai Chicken Savoury Filling of slicked cooked chicken breast and mixed peppers in a ginger, coriander, lemon grass and coconut milk dressing.
The fillings are sold in chilled, resealable 1kg tubs that each yield 20 portions.
