Cranks sandwiches and wraps from the Grocery Company

Cranks wrapsPioneer vegetarian brand Cranks has added six new options to its sandwiches and wraps range, which will be made under licence by Brambles Foods.

The newcomers include two fillings in malted brown sub rolls - Yellow Submarine (free-range egg with an English salad dressing and sliced tomato) and Houmoungously Fruit, which combines hummus with carrot, coriander, sultanas and sunflower seeds.

The Mediterranean theme continues with one of the two new varieties of tomato wrap - It's All Greek To Me - which comprises couscous with tomatoes, feta cheese, peppers and flat-leaf parsley in a mint dressing. The second wrap, Chillie Con Sarnie, has a filling of spicy vegetable with guacamole, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and spinach.

The two new focaccia rolls, which can be eaten hot or cold, are The Italian Job (ricotta cheese with roasted tomatoes and rocket on a Parmesan-topped roll) and Little Red Courgette, which offers mozzarella cheese with a smoked paprika relish in a courgette- and basil-topped roll.

The minimum order is for 100 sandwiches or wraps.
