Rollover has diversified its offer with two new hot snack concepts. The Rollover Cone Pizza is a ready-cooked, hand-held snack with the taste and flavour of a pizza which is enclosed in a crispy cone.
There are three varieties - Margarita, Ham, and Ham & Mushroom - which will heat up from frozen in minutes. They are sold in single-flavour boxes of 45.
The Rollover Wrappas are self-assembly branded hot wraps in which operators can choose between four protein fillings (Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Mixed Kebab, and Kofta) and three sauces (Smokey BBQ, Peri Peri and Minted Yoghurt).
The Lebanese kiln-fired flatbreads are supplied in packs of 100, the fillings in boxes of 50 x 80g skewers, and the ambient sauces in packs of six.
