Steak and kidney pudding is a comfort-food staple, and now the Great British Pudding Company has packed eight of its 370g puddings into a retail-style sleeved catering trade pack for small food service operations.
The ready-baked frozen puddings are made from prime beef and ox kidney and have a baked rather than steamed finish to deliver a crispy golden suet pastry crust that looks good on a plate.
They come in disposable microwaveable pots and will microwave from frozen in six minutes.
