Cranborne Stores will launch salami made from rare-breed meats as an addition to its air-dried pork.
The local producer will also exhibit new pies, which include pork with stuffing or apricots, plus beef, lamb and seasonal game.
Cranborne Stores is also official meat supplier to the show's cookery demonstration theatre and the Gourmet Dinner at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott hotel.
