Garlic Farm

Intrigued by the ancient origins of garlic and its wide range of culinary, health and mythical properties, Colin Boswell and his family established The Garlic Farm more than 30 years ago and the business has become the UK's, if not Europe's, premier grower of garlic and source of all things garlic.

The Isle of Wight producer will showcase garlic, pickles and chilled produce and unveil its lacto-fermented garlic product which contains red cabbage, garlic, ginger, galangal and root vegetables.

The vegetables are fermented for two to three months to produce the garlic pickle, which can be used as a relish, side dish or part of a healthy diet as a probiotic.
