Parsnip and Smoky Bacon crisps

Two additional flavours have been added to the Fairfields Farm Crisps range, which prides itself on using natural locally sourced ingredients.

Wicks Manor Smoky Bacon And Sunday Roast Potato Flavour Crisps have been launched alongside Parsnip Crisps With Essex Honey And Black Pepper in 40g and 100g bags.

Maldon-based Wicks Manor Pork supplies the bacon flavouring, and local suppliers provide the parsnips and honey.

The crisps are made from potatoes grown on the three-generation family farm in Essex and are sliced with their skins on before being hand-cooked in sunflower oil and enhanced with natural flavourings.
