Eurilait quick-frozen cheeses

Eurilait's individually quick-frozen cheeses are produced in the village of Soignon in Poitou-Charentes, France.

The 50-strong range comprises goats' cheeses, blue cheeses, mozzarella and raclette.

The latest additions include blue cheese, which is available cubed or sliced; the nutty raclette, available in handy slices; ewes' milk cheese, which comes cubed; and the authentic blue cheese Fourme d'Ambert, which is also available ready-sliced.

All cheeses are supplied frozen with a shelf life of six months and are available in cases of eight weighing 500g each or in one 10kg case.
