Non-hydrogentated cream alternatives from Macphie

A new generation of non-hydrogenated dairy cream alternatives has been launched for the following brands: Mactop, Mactop Extra, GlenDelight and Foodservice GlenDelight.

The cream alternatives are the result of two years' research at Macphie and are suitable for a variety of sweet and savoury applications. Advantages over dairy cream include having a higher whipped volume and containing less than half the fat.

They also offer convenience to operators, with an unopened ambient shelf life of six months, and come in packs of 12 x 1 litre or 10-litre bottles.
