Chef Sue Widdicombe has launched a range of allergy-friendly ready-meals to help caterers provide for customers with food intolerances.

The freshly cooked and blast-frozen dishes are quick to prepare and can be cooked and served alongside conventional meals to save time, money and effort.

Widdicombe produces a wide range of dishes, from beef bourguignonne, cottage pie, Thai green chicken curry, fish pie and lamb tagine to pork stroganoff and gluten-free sausage and mash with onion gravy.

Vegetarian options include mushroom stroganoff, Thai vegetable curry, African sweet potato stew, and roasted butternut squash risotto.

As well as being gluten-, wheat- and dairy-free, the meals are also free from additives and preservatives. They also avoid MSG, eggs and shellfish and most are also sulphite- and sesame seed-free.

Dishes come in 290g and 590g portion sizes in packs of 10 and have a freezer shelf life of more than 12 months.
