Meaty ready-meals from Brakes

Brakes Beef Rendang

Tender diced beef is cooked in a sauce with coconut, garlic, chilli, lemon grass, lime, onion and chutney potato to create Brakes' Beef Rendang ready-meal.

This dish can be boiled in a bag or microwaved from frozen, and packs come with 12 portions weighing 350g each.

South-east Asian warm-water prawns are packed into the King Prawn Thai Red Curry, flavoured with kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, coriander and chilli. Ingredients are sourced from Thailand and 350g portions are supplied frozen in 12 packs.

A further addition is the Pesto and Chicken Pasta dish made with penne pasta and chargrilled chicken strips, bacon, semi-dried tomatoes and peas in a rocket pesto sauce. This dish comes frozen in 400g portion sizes in packs of 12.

All frozen products have a shelf life of about three months.
