Boiron Fruit Purées are now available in convenient 480g squeezy bottles in the following flavours: Lychee, Mango Passionfruit, Raspberry, Strawberry and White Peach.
There are 45 fruit varieties in total, which are supplied frozen in 1kg resealable trays and can be used just like fresh fruit out of the blender to flavour cocktails without the need for washing and peeling.
The purées contain no artificial colours, and after defrosting they can be kept for up to five days in the refrigerator.
Ripened fruits are selected from orchards in the Drôme valley in France for blending and flash-pasteurisation to preserve their taste and colour.
