Chilling performance

Wednesday 21 April 2004 17:35

With pressure on floor space in mind, and the need to get beer and wine bottles cold quickly at peak times, Williams has launched a Rapid Bottle Chiller. The unit's blast chiller technology can chill drinks from 25¡C to 3¡C in less than 23 minutes. The unit will then automatically turn on to store mode to keep the bottles at 3¡C, ready to serve or transfer to conventional backbar displays or coolers. The unit, which can store 48 x 330ml beer bottles or 30 x 750ml wine bottles in two baskets, measures 780mm (w) x 804mm (d) x 830mm (h).
