This week's featured property is a three-star country house hotel in North Wales that enjoys a dramatic setting within the Snowdonia National Park.
Dating back to the mid-19th century, Dolserau Hall Country House Hotel is located in a sheltered valley in the market town of Dolgellau and comes with five acres of gardens and grounds.
Dolserau Hall, which enjoyed a turnover of £500,000 net for the year ending 30 September 2004, has 20 en suite bedrooms, including two suites. The bulk of the bedrooms are located in the main building, but the two suites and three of the bedrooms are housed in the separate two-storey coach house.
The hotel also boasts four lounge areas and a 45-seat restaurant. At present the owners occupy one room in the coach house and one in the main hotel.
