Following Michelin’s release of its 2008 guide for Great Britain and Ireland, Caterersearch went to visit two of London’s winners, Wild Honey and Rhodes W1 Restaurant.
Both restaurants gained their first Michelin star, with restaurateurs Anthony Demetre and Will Smith, and Gary Rhodes now each counting a total of two stars under their belt.
We caught up with Gary Rhodes and Rhodes W1 head chef Brian Hughson and Anthony Demetre and Wild Honey head chef Colin Kelly and got their thoughts on winning a star, Michelin’s results and their plans for 2008.
