Manchester’s Printworks is to revamp its food and beverage (F&B) offer in a bid by new owners Resolution to market the entertainment venue to a wider audience.

The company, which bought the venue for around £100m in December last year, has appointed property agents Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL) and Tushingham Moore to diversify the venue’s hospitality offer and increase its footfall.

Situated in the heart of Manchester city centre, Printworks occupies a site totalling three acres with 34,000sq m of leisure space.

Current F&B tenants include Chiquito, Wagamama, Tiger Tiger, Café Rouge and Nando’s.

DCL’s Jonathan Moradoff said the aim of the project is to enhance Printworks’ reputation as a premier leisure and lifestyle destination.

“A number of options are being explored to improve the income and to attract different segments of the market,” he said.

“We are in talks with boutique style bowling operators, club and restaurant operators and will restructure the space to increase the footfall.”
