The Batsford Foundation is building comprehensive new visitor facilities and a garden centre to open in early 2011,serving its growing number of visitors, currently 60,000 per annum.
The new building will include a catering area with 96m2 for seating and 64m2 as a kitchen/preparation area with a substantial adjacent terrace for additional seating.
Suitably experienced operators are invited to submit expressions of interest in a lease of the new catering area, fitting it out and operating it to a high standard providing good quality food and refreshments.

Selected candidates will then be invited to present their plans and proposals at interview.
