The hot weather may be back on hold but salads will soon be featuring heavily on menus. Universe Foodservice have added two new dressings - tomato and garlic, and honey and mustard - to bolster its Salad Makers range, which already includes Thousand Island, sour cream and chive, blue cheese, Caesar, French, garlic and herb, and cocktail. They come in plastic 2.2-litre bottles with moulded handles. Dispenser pumps are also available.
