The leasehold of Arbuckles in Sheffield has sold to the Restaurant Group, which will trade it under the Chiquito brand. The purpose-built restaurant and bar is based within the Valley Centertainment Leisure Park. The modern single-storey unit features split-level dining areas with seating provided for about 100 and cocktail bar seating for 20. The premium paid for the 25-year lease from June 1998 was £50,000.
