
Combining a butcher's shop, grill, bar and terrace, this restaurant focuses on careful preparation of locally sourced meat. Beef and lamb are from Highfields Farm in East Sussex and a variety of freshly cooked meats, pies and pâtés are also available. Signboards show the origins of every dish.
