Two flexible electric pasta cookers have been added to the
Ambach System 700 Series of modular kitchen appliances sold in the UK by Exclusive Ranges.
Both the 24-litre lengthways cooker and the 36-litre sideways model use a continuous temperature regulator that allows the added flexibility of cooking vegetables, fish, pâté and breakfast eggs as well as pasta.
Common features include deep stainless-steel wells that are hygienically welded into the one-piece top; large starch-draining holes with removable filters; and perforated cover plates.
The electro-polished heating elements (which are made of salt-resistant stainless steel) are fitted below the perforated drain grate to heat the water more quickly.
