The new Ital Hot Dog Warmers from Apuro are compact countertop appliances measuring just 365mm x 450mm x 320mm that will keep both buns and sausages warm until they are needed.
The 875kW warmers, which run off a standard electrical supply, include three or four anodised aluminium spikes (the YO6-3 or Y06-4 respectively) to keep the buns warm, alongside a Pyrex container that can steam as many as 30 hotdogs.
A stainless-steel basket safely lowers the sausages into the steamer. Both models have a stainless-steel finish and house the electrical components in liquid-proof sealed units.
