Requests from school caterers for larger, higher-output ovens have prompted Lincat to launch two new medium-duty, general purpose ovens that extend its best-selling LMR9 six-burner range.
The sturdy, stainless-steel 8kW ovens feature enamelled interiors, removable base plates, three chrome-plated shelves and thermostatic controls.
The single-deck, £1,700 LM09 comes with castors (adjustable legs available on request), while the two-tier £3,200 LMD9 is supplied on legs.
