Cheese company Bladen is offering chefs the opportunity to win £1,000 and a development chef for the day by becoming Bladen's Big Cheese 2008.
Entrants must submit a recipe using Bladen cheese at www.the-big-cheese.co.uk by 12 September.
Judges will pick the top three recipes, whose creators will be invited to take part in a cook-off on 20 October, when the winner will be decided.
