Tastes of Anglia plans 'Local to Essex' trade event

Tastes of Anglia logoIn co-operation with Essex County Council, Tastes of Anglia is organising a "Local to Essex" trade event for producers and buyers to meet.

The event is part of a drive by both organisations to highlight the importance of using local produce, and caterers are welcome to attend.

It will take place on Tuesday 16 September between 11am and 4pm in the Barley Barn at Cressing Temple, Witham Road, Braintree.

Producers are expected from all food categories, including meat; poultry; dairy (ice-cream); confectionery; bakery, to include cakes, biscuits, snacks and ingredients such as crisps; drink, including alcohol and soft beverages; preserves; condiments and more.
