Veal jus gets Essential touch

Stock base manufacturer Essential Cuisine has added a luxury veal jus to its meat stock range. Premier Veal Jus makes up from a powdered form into a liquid, which the company claims has a meaty taste and the characteristic viscous feel and sheen of traditionally made veal jus. It comes in 1kg pots which make up to eight litres of finished jus.
