USP Chipstix, a novel and speedy way of serving fried potatoes, are created by a compact countertop machine that cuts a medium-sized skewered potato into a long spiral that is then deep-fried, stretched along the 12in skewer and seasoned before serving on the stick.

Details These "chips on sticks" take less than 30 seconds to cut and no more than two minutes to fry. Customers commit to buying replacement skewers and seasonings from Chipstix. The 10 seasonings (including Portuguese Peri Peri and Sour Cream & Chives) are MSG-free, suitable for vegetarians and halal-certified.
