Broccoli Creamy Gratin

Product Broccoli Creamy Gratin

USP The latest addition to Aviko's line of Craft Guild of Chef-endorsed creamy gratins is made from fresh broccoli and was praised by guild members for the "taste of fresh broccoli and good depth of flavour". Like all Aviko gratins, they have a long holding time and will keep their shape for at least an hour after cooking.

Details The gratins are made from steamed slices of potato combined with butter and cream to retain the flavour. Four of the five gratins (including Mushroom, Cheese & Cream, and Salmon) contain Emmental cheese while the fifth is a mix of Mozzarella and tomato. Gratins are individually frozen in 100g portions.

Storage life 18 months (Salmon - eight months)
