Details Rather than keeping the power on throughout the cooking process, the new mode uses pre-programmed pulses of energy to maintain the required temperature. The Integrated Advanced Closed Systems prevents heat from escaping from the cooking chamber so the residual heat continues to cook the food. This makes foods such as roast meats more tender and reduces shrinkage.
