USP The Roxy Combi combines a 27-rock Black Rock Grill deck and a stone-baked pizza deck (each with its own, independent control) in a compact, countertop unit that runs on a single- or three-phase power supply. The easy-to-use package extends the menu options for small- and medium-sized businesses - such as fast-food outlets, cafes, pubs and bars - with a high staff turnover or varying levels of staff skills.

Details The fat- and oil-free Black Rock Grill concept allows diners to cook their food to their own tastes at the table on volcanic rocks heated to 450°C while the pizza deck will hold 4 x 9in or 2 x 12in pizzas. Electro-mechanical thermostats provide a temperature range of 85°C to 450°C while a steam discharger chimney flue lets out steam and smoke.
