Launched two years ago, Funkin supplies fruit purées to some of the top cocktail bars in the country.

And now the company has found that its core lines - including morello cherry, green apple, blueberry, and white peach purées - are being taken up by chefs, not just mixologists.

Its new range, Indulgence, departs from fruit and comprises instead liquid chocolate, liquid dark chocolate, and liquid butterscotch and coconut - as ripe for creating desserts as they are for cocktails.

The products have no artificial additives and come in 1kg packs.
