Clark pub company for sale

Scotland’s Clark Pub Company has been put on the market for more than £6m.

The premises up for sale include the Agenda hotel in Edinburgh; the Town House bistro in Largs, Uisge Beatha bar in Glasgow and the Agenda bar, also in Glasgow.

A spokesman for the pub company said: “After much deliberation we have decided to dispose of the business owned by the Clark Pub Company.”

Property agents Christie + Co are handling the deal and said they had already received several offers for the freehold package. Individual property sales will also be considered.
