We are back on track, says Ultimate Leisure

Monday 28 November 2005 15:13

Ultimate Leisure, the North-east-based bar and night club operator has said efforts to turnaround its business are on track, with its refurbishment programme progressing well.

Company chairman Mark Jones said trading remained in line with expectations, and announced the refurbishment of 13 more sites during its current financial year at today’s annual general meeting.

Ultimate has already refurbished two Belfast bars since its September full-year results announcement and opened a new Blubambu nightclub in Derby as well as reopening one in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Jones said: “We have high quality brands and, combined with our strong balance sheet, we remain confident that this represents a sound platform for delivering future growth and shareholder value.”
