London department store Harrods is to extend its dining offer with the launch of a series of new eating concepts this spring.

The iconic retailer in Knightsbridge is launching three new eateries to “cement itself as a dedicated dining destination”.

Outlets include Humble Pie, which opened earlier this week, as well as Tossed and ESH, which are set to open in May.

Humble Pie has been founded by Paul O’Donnell and Pippa Malmgren and offers a range of pies using fresh produce.

Tossed will focus on healthy eating offering 16 house salads next to a “create your own” salad service. It will also serve a range of sandwiches and wraps as well as a selection of smoothies.

ESH, which stands for East, Simple, Healthy, will be a new concept developed for Harrods that will offer traditional Lebanese cuisine with a sushi-style conveyor belt service.
