Revpar grows by nearly 15% at London hotels

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 14.59% in the week ending 24 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar grew to £114.04, down from £99.52 during the equivalent week of 2007.

Occupancy increased by 0.93 percentage points to 79.98% while average room rate grew by 13.26% to £142.59 compared with £125.90 in the corresponding week of 2007.
