- Food: Root offers a variety of seasonally changing snacks and meals. Try the daily "bean feast" salad, such as chorizo and butterbean salad, sweet potato, snow pea and pumpkin. Root's signature dish is its cream cheese mash, which comes with all main dishes. Look out for summer options where you can combine a sun-dried tomato and basil mash with a goats' cheese salad.
