Honey Nut Twist

Three sweet pastries are the latest bake-off products from Bakehouse, which develops and supplies Continental-style breads and pastries to the UK market.

Honey Nut Twist is an all-butter, ready-glazed pastry twist filled with honey and topped with cashew and hazelnut pieces that is ready-glazed and supplied in cases of 56 x 70g pastries.

An alternative to chocolate pastries comes in the form of the Toffee Nut Croquante, an all-butter croquante plait with a toffee and nut filling and a topping of nut pieces. The croquantes, which bake off from frozen in 18 minutes, are sold in 36 x 122g packs.

For a lighter bite, there is the Apple and Sultana Granola Slice, which is made from puff pastry slice filled with apple and sultana filling and topped with a granola and seed mix. The slices come in 40 x 101g cases.
