Loch Fyne salmon and squid ink pasta

Three new gourmet egg pasta dishes made from Italian best-quality flour and free-range eggs have been added to the frozen food offering from Woodward Foodservice.

All three meals will cook from frozen in five minutes and are sold in 1kg packs that yield as many as 10 portions per case.

The newcomers include the Loch Fyne smoked salmon panzotti on squid ink pasta, served with ricotta cheese and a chive and dill filling, which sells for £17.76 per case and the mozarella, sun-dried tomato and pancetta ravioloni, which is frozen in layers and costs £15.12 per case.

The vegetarian option - butternut squash and sage large tortelli - is priced at £15.96 per case.
