Elite fryers from Imperial Catering Equipment can be specified with space-saver filter systems with five-gallon-per-minute pumps for rapid emptying, filtering and refilling of the contents of each fry tank. Other optional features include solid-state or eight-program computer controls and automatic basket lift. Alternatively, filtering can be carried out using a side-car filtering unit, which has a similar pump and internally plumbed oil drain with return lines and filter kit.

Elite fryers, made in capacities from 11.25kg to 34kg, feature a rapid-heating three-tube system and large cool zone. A "boil out" mode aids cleaning. Fryers come with one-year parts and labour warranty (five years on stainless steel tanks).
