The company says several features maximise energy and oil efficiency: optimum balance between input power and oil volume extensive testing to determine optimum basket load, with snug fit between baskets and tanks optimal watts density of fryer elements to maximise heat input over a larger surface area and close tolerance, fast-reacting thermostats. Prices range from a 2.5kW electric counter-top model at £199 up to a 32kW free-standing gas twin-tank model at £2,776 and include one-year parts and labour warranty on Lynx and Silverlink models and 24 months on Opus 700.
